Team 77 2010

Team 77 is formed by members of the Church of God in Oakland and the Church of God in Sacramento. Our goal is to help orphans and to make a difference in their life by raising funds for orphanages in Madagascar, Fuji, and El Salvador. Our fund raising target for this year is US $10,000.

Half of the world population live on less than $2.5 a day. One in two children in the world live in poverty line or below. People die of curable disease every minute because of lack of education and medical supplies. AIDS has grown out of control in Africa. Madagascar is one of the country that is severely hit by the disease. There are about 30,000 orphans as a result of HIV/AIDS. Yet, it’s ONLY 3% of the orphan population of the country! There are too many children who need our hands than we can imagine.

We are blessed living in the US.  You can be a different maker today by donating to the Orphan fund. 100% of your donation go to the orphanages. God bless.

SF Marathon Race Report

There are total about 24,000 runners participating in the event. All our runners (6 running a full marathon, 4 running a half marathon) finished the race. It was a tough run for some our female marathon runners, but they managed to finish it.
